For most of my life, I'd had the usual phobia/paranoia about "going to the dentist." As a result, I allowed regular dental maintenance to be neglected. My first root canal brought me to your group(UGH!) two years ago--but every visit since then(and including that one) has been honest/comforting/supportive! Don't get me wrong...I still catch myself clutching the armrests and being somewhat "wide-eyed" during the whole "in the chair" process. I know every visit won't be a walk in the park...down the road. Teeth are like cars/houses(and bodies)...they need regular maintenance.

Your team is TOP NOTCH! They are smart professionals--yet they all allow me feel like part of their "Family." And that feeling is very comforting!

I want to say "thank you" for taking care of me and my teeth for almost 20 years. I never realized just how much you care for your patients and for what you do until I had to go to the dentist here in Omaha. I guess I assumed that every dental office is like yours, and I was sadly mistaken. I went to a dentist that was close to my new office and it was the most horrrible experience. It was a dark, dank, icky office and I never saw a dental hygienist. (Jill, I missed you so much at that point I almost started to cry). Then the dentist just put some polish on randomly and called it a day. He didn't check my gums, he didn't floss my teeth, didn't check my tongue/glands...NOTHING. I was so horrified that, again, I almost started to cry. I thought all of the dentists and hygienists in the world were just like you! I never knew because I was treated so well at your clinic and you were always so professional and thorough. The worst part was that they said I needed to have a cavity filled, and I was in no way shape or form going to let ANYONE from that office touch my teeth ever again. So, I had to set out in search of a new dentist again.

Again, I want to thank you. All of you have showed me what I should expect from a dentist, and that means that I should expect nothing but the best. I am so lucky to have been a patient of yours for so many years...I just wish I could continue being your patient!

I guess that's about all. I just miss you all so much, and I wanted to thank you for everything. You are all so wonderful and you should be so proud of what you do. Again, I am so proud to have been a patient of yours. Thank you! "
